Registration Procedures:

  • You are welcome to look at the "Find a Unit near you" list above to find a meeting time and place that works for your family or call the office for assistance.

  • Current Members: registration packages were mailed to girls in early May and you may use the forms from that. A newsletter was sent to all members in late August and included a new set of registration forms for those that did not do early registration, in case you have misplaced the first set.

  • New Members (who have not yet registered): Please read the documents from the two links below - Important Info for Prospective Members and New Member Registration Procedures. You may download and complete the three  registration forms, also found below, and submit them as directed.  Forms are also available at the office.

  • Adults: we have many wonderful opportunities for women in Guiding as well as girls! If you would like more information on becoming an adult member, click here.

Non member volunteers in a unit are required to complete a non-member registration form and also have a police record check (PRC) completed. In Saskatoon, the city Police services requires an additional form for PRC's that can only be obtained from the office. Police record checks done by the RCMP in the rural areas do not require the additional form.
